Bible Text: Romans 4:23–25 | Preacher: Moses Prem | Series: Christ Our Message
Most people celebrate the cross.
But many do not understand the resurrection.
They know:
Jesus died.
But they don’t know:
why He rose.
The cross dealt with sin.
The resurrection declared the result.
The cross was the payment.
The resurrection was the receipt.
Without the resurrection:
- the cross would be unproven
- salvation would be incomplete
- faith would be empty
Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:17:
“If Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins.”
So today we ask:
What does the resurrection mean for us?
